| PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps ala Me :) |
I'm getting pretty good at this cooking thing, if I do say so myself. And I think the Hubs would agree. He was LOVIN' the PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps I made on Monday night. It was the loudest I've ever heard him eat. Thought he was gonna lick the bowl. So scrumtrulescent :)
Saturday: Grilling/Game Day
- Seared Ahi Tuna
- Rice
Sunday: Camping
- Lunch – Prosciutto, Pear and Blue Cheese Sandwiches
- Dinner – Jalapeno and Mango Chicken Sausage with bun, chips and beer
- Breakfast – Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Monday: P.F. Chang’s Lettuce Wraps and rice
Tuesday: Lemon & Dill Chicken and Brussels Sprouts
Wednesday: Chipotle Salmon Burgers and asparagus
Thursday: Lime-Honey Glazed Chicken and salad
