Guinness Stew and Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes
In honor of our anniversary of engagement (7.23.09), which we celebrated this past Saturday, I cooked up a Guinness Beef Stew...
AND, made Irish Car Bomb cupcakes, which were life-altering! Can't believe I only ate 1 1/2 cupcakes! The hubby ate 6 1/2...no fair!
